OUR SOLUTIONS

Cross-cultural support programs can be delivered in-person or virtually from anywhere in the world. Trainers delivering the sessions are experienced cross-cultural business consultants who have been trained by elt. We offer 4-hour (half-day) & 8-hour (full-day) in-person training for relocating assignees. These programs are done per family and are broken up into 90-minute sessions when done virtually. Global talent development programs for non-relocating assignees are delivered in a group format.
